I’m an amateur artist, I never studied art in school and my only education was self-taught. But painting and drawing helped me a lot in my life. My first drawings were done when I was five years old and I used to draw all the time since then. It became a passion for me and now I have a lot of artworks at home and I draw every week for my own pleasure.

The benefits of painting and drawing are huge, so here are some of them:

If you love to doodle, you’ll love to paint. You can paint literally anything you want: your loved one, your pets, the world around you, or simply abstract shapes or even nothing at all (which is a very good way of meditation). Artists have a unique ability to see things differently than most of us. They have a way of looking at objects and people that allows them to capture not only the way they look but also their essence.
