    The class will cover the following topics:

  • History of Norwegian Knife Making: Students will learn about the origins and evolution of Norwegian knife making, from the Viking era to the present day. Traditional Techniques: Students will learn the traditional techniques used in Norwegian knife making, including forging, heat treating, and sharpening.
