You can tell a story with pictures…

In a blog post on 8/8/08, I talked about how you can use photos to tell a story.

The post was inspired by my recent vacation to Italy. I wanted to share some of the pictures I took while I was there, and show a little bit of my experience through the photos. It’s my first attempt at blogging, so please let me know if you like what you see or if you have any suggestions for improvement.

We know what bathroom wall art is, and we know why people put it up: to share something that is important to them with friends. But what does it mean?

It means that people want to tell a story about their life. We all do this in our own way, but there are some common elements shared by most everyone. For example, the pictures of your children or pets are intended to show other people how much you love them. The pictures of your family are intended to show your relationships with different members of your family. The pictures of your vacations are intended to show you doing things that you find enjoyable in the company of people you like.

Telling others stories about ourselves is important; it helps us connect with others and feel more comfortable around each other. Think about how awkward you feel walking into a room full of strangers who don’t know anything about you. And think about how much more relaxed you feel when you walk into a room full of people who are smiling and laughing because they love telling stories about themselves and they love hearing stories told by others.

Depending on the situation, telling a story through pictures can be very effective in getting a person’s attention, creating a connection between two people, or even making someone fall in love with you. It

Whether you’re doing a photo shoot for a magazine, or just capturing some memories for your own family archives, you can learn to tell a story with pictures.

We tend to think of pictures as the record of what actually happened: the baby really did wear that outfit and really was that color. But there’s another way. You can use your camera to create a narrative, one that draws together different photos into a new whole. And the more you practice this way of looking at things, the better you get at creating art: in this case, art based on photography but not created with a camera.

To illustrate how this works, I’ve put together an example using photos taken by my friend Randall Munroe of xkcd fame. The point is not that it’s particularly well done (though I do like it), but that if I had showed him any other random set of 12 photos, he could have told the same story through them.

Each of these steps is easy to see from the finished product; each step also requires some artistry and skill to pull off in real life. But here’s a breakdown of how it was done:

1) Find pictures that tell part of the story. The first thing you need is 12 pictures that tell some

If you have an artistic flair and a camera, why not consider creating your own work of art? You could try to create a picture or photo that tells a story. This can be tricky, but it is surprisingly easy to get creative and make something unique.

From telling the story of an event in your life to giving viewers a glimpse into your interests, making a photo that tells a story is easy if you keep these things in mind.

Today we look at a set of images and think, “Oh, this should be a story.” But how? There are many ways. For example, you might take a bunch of pictures with different props and tell the story of some event.

The way I like to tell stories is through pictures and words. For example, take a picture of a character and describe them. You could also show the same character in different settings, with various expressions and emotions. That way you can show the state of mind of that character or the setting in which they are in. If you want to make it more interesting, try to capture moments when a person’s facial expression or bodily movement reveal their thoughts or feelings to the viewer.

Figure out how to tell your story through pictures (and maybe words). Doing so will improve your photography skills (and storytelling skills) as well as your ability to communicate with others!

The toilet, or ‘throne’ is a room we don’t like to talk about, but it can be turned into a brilliant room to express yourself!

One in three people suffer from stomach and bowel problems every year, so it’s a room that can be quite interesting if you know how to decorate it.

First of all, try to make your bathroom look as attractive as possible. It does not have to cost too much.

If you have a small bathroom, maybe you are looking for ways to make it look bigger. You may ask yourself where you can put all the things needed in the bathroom? Maybe a lot of the things that you need in your bathroom can be put outside on shelves or cabinets? When you have less stuff in your bathroom, it will automatically seem bigger.

When buying new towels and washcloths pay attention to color and pattern. If your walls are tiled in one or two colors, choose only one colored towels and wash clothes. You can also buy some colorful and decorative bath mats which will add some color to your bathroom too. Hang up some towel holders above the bathtub with matching colors too!

If you have windows in your bathroom, hang up some nice curtains, they will give you privacy while still letting
