I have learned a lot in my life and I want to share what I’ve learned with you. My name is Marc Jones. I am 36 years old. I live in the beautiful city of Tucson, Arizona. I am happily married and a proud father of 2 amazing boys, ages 5 and 11.

I have been very blessed in my life and have had many amazing opportunities to travel all over the world, see things that most people never get to see, meet some of the most amazing people you could ever hope to meet, and do things that most people only dream about doing.

And although I would never change or trade what has happened in my life for anything else in the world, it hasn’t all been fun and games. As great as some of my experiences have been, there has also been some pain involved as well; pain that made me who I am today.

I learned at an early age that life doesn’t always turn out how you plan it and that sometimes you have to make your own way no matter what is happening around you.

We all face adversity at one time or another during our lives and we need to learn how to deal with it no matter how hard it can be at times. We need to learn how to deal with situations

I have been getting several emails lately asking me a similar question. It goes something like this, “I really like your blog and all of the good information you provide on it, but I don’t understand why you make all of these pictures of yourself looking really ugly. Why not just take pictures of yourself looking good?”

I have been thinking about that for a while now and have come to the conclusion that I am not sure if I will ever be able to answer this question. So instead, I am going to tell you the story of how I got into the art of self-portraits and why I continue to do them.

When I was in high school, I had a friend named Nathan. He was one of those kids who always seemed to know what he wanted to do with his life and how he was going to get there. He played baseball and basketball for our school and was also on the debate team. He was talented in all three sports and placed near the top in almost every tournament we attended as a team. He had an amazing work ethic and was constantly focusing on ways to improve himself athletically so that he could get better at each sport.

I’ve been a photographer for more than twenty years and I have had the opportunity to spend countless hours behind the lens capturing life’s precious moments. I also have spent many hours discussing photography and seeking out inspiration from other photographers.

I love photography and as a result I have immersed myself in it. I believe there is always something new to learn or discover and sometimes it requires stepping out of your comfort zone. It has become my passion to be able to capture a moment in time with my camera, whether it’s a portrait, landscape or candid, the feeling one gets when viewing the image is what drives me to continue shooting.

Calling yourself a professional photographer today is like saying you’re an expert at driving a car. There are so many different styles of photography that we could all be considered professionals in some regard but unfortunately, at least in our society, we still pay people for their services when they’re good at doing something. Our schools don’t teach us about photography or how to take better pictures, yet we expect to go out there and do a good job the first time around.

While I enjoy all aspects of photography, my focus has been on lifestyle/family portraiture. In my opinion if you can master family portraiture you can call yourself really

I’ve spent a lot of time over the past few years thinking about what I would say if I had only 24 hours left to live. As you can imagine, it’s a topic that has been on my mind quite frequently over the past 16 years.

My life hasn’t gone exactly according to plan. That’s okay though because it really hasn’t been a bad life. What I have learned from my experience is that life is not perfect, and we are not perfect. We will make mistakes, we will hurt people we love, we will miss opportunities, and at times we will be our own worst enemy.

Thing is, none of this is news to me. It doesn’t come as a revelation. I don’t need to be told any of these things because I already know them. And here’s the thing…now you know too!

I’ve seen the good, I’ve seen the bad, and now here comes the best…I’ve seen it all!

The good news is that there’s not much left that can surprise me or even disappoint me at this point in my life because I have been to those places more times than I’d like to admit and survived each trip around the sun with hope and optimism intact.

I’ve had

If you are a human being, this is already the case. You can find beauty in your life, even if it is just the pleasure of taking a walk around your neighborhood. It is not necessary to become a monk or a nun or a mystic to experience timeless moments of joy.

Dhikr is an exercise in mindfulness, using the repetition of sounds and syllables as a focal point. The most famous dhikr is Al-hamdu li-llahi Rabbil-alamin, which translates as “Praise be to God, Lord of all the worlds.” Al-hamdu li-llahi is repeated 100 times, and then Allahu Akbar (God is great) 300 times.

These repetitive sounds and syllables are used like mantras to block out distractions and bring you back to the present moment. The more you practice this exercise, the easier it becomes to focus on what is happening right now, even through periods of intense stress.

The fact that these sounds and words have meaning isn’t important. They could be nonsense syllables or just sounds. What matters is that they are constant and unchanging. You can use them as a way to stay focused on whatever you have chosen as your practice, whether it be prayer or

The Art of Living is a collection of philosophical essays written by Marc-Aurèle, Roman Emperor from 161 to 180, and published posthumously by his son in circa 182.

It is the best-known work by the emperor and the second most important book on stoicism after the writings of Epictetus. The work is widely considered to be one of the greatest pieces of classical literature.

The book contains elements of autobiography, philosophical precepts and self-help advice. Although it addresses individual concerns, its emphasis on providing counsel for living life and attaining contentment has made it a popular choice for suicide prevention and Alcoholics Anonymous self-help groups.
