Artists have been appreciated for their skills and vision throughout history. But in recent years, a new type of artist has begun to emerge: the silhouette artist.

Silhouette artists are trained in fine art, but they specialize in creating quality outdoor art that adorns the garden or other outdoor areas. They create the perfect piece of art, one that captures the unique personality of each client.

By working directly with the customer to create the perfect piece of art, silhouette artists are able to produce exactly what their clients want. Their work can be seen all over America , as well as in other countries around the world.

Silhouette Art is a small business that creates original artwork to be used as outdoor sculptures in the garden. Silhouettes are created using a CNC router, which allows for quick and easy creation of custom work. The silhouettes can then be painted, stained, or left unfinished to show off the natural beauty of the wood. The silhouettes can be made out of almost any hardwood available, including popular choices such as redwood, cedar, mahogany, and ipe. Each silhouette is made specifically to match the customer’s needs, so there is no set price list. If you are interested in having a custom silhouette created please contact us by email or phone to discuss your ideas and get a quote.

I started this business because I love working outdoors in my free time and I enjoy creating unique pieces of art. I also like to work with my hands and working on various projects adds variety to what I do for my day job. Everyone who has seen my work so far has really liked it and I have had very good feedback on the quality of the art pieces. I would love to be able to make this into a full time business one day so I can dedicate myself fully to creating even more beautiful pieces of art for everyone who may want one

Art has always been one of the best ways to make your house stand out amongst the rest. It can be used for a variety of purposes; whether it is for its artistic value or to cover up an unsightly part of your home.

The use of art in creating or enhancing the look of your gardens, outdoors and indoors has become widely popular over the past few years. Landscape designers have now discovered that the use of outdoor art can make a huge difference to the look and feel of a garden.

The creation of outdoor art falls under two main categories; silhouette art and landscape art. Silhouette art involves the creation of 3D sculptures, which are made from either a single piece of metal or multiple shapes welded together. The other category is landscape art; this type of art involves designing and landscaping with concrete, bricks and wood.

Landscape artists find that both types of outdoor art can be used to enhance any garden; whether you want an abstract design, or something more traditional. It is also possible to combine the two different styles in order to create something new and unique.*

Every piece is hand crafted from your custom art request. The aluminum used is a high grade marine grade aluminum that I purchase locally, unless you prefer copper or stainless steel. Each piece is made with quality and care to ensure longevity. I take extreme pride in my work, and enjoy what I do.

The metals are cut into the desired size and shape, then etched with a chemical process so that the image appears on both sides. Then each piece is hand painted by me, to add the finishing touches of color and depth to each piece. Each color that is used is selected because it blends perfectly with the design of your choice. After the painting process is completed, a clear coat to protect your masterpiece from the elements is added over top. Some of my designs require more than one coat for optimal results. When the art has been completed it will be packaged carefully for shipment to you!

The idea of a silhouette involves a lot of areas. It’s not just the engineering, its also the design, and marketing and sales.

For me it was great to be able to try new things and learn new skills. I had to learn how to weld, how to design, how to run my own business, how to market and sell. I learned a lot as I worked on this project.

Silhouette art is a type of outdoor art. It is the process of cutting an object or figure out of black material, and placing it against a contrasting background.

When done correctly, silhouette art can be a kind of three-dimensional shadow art (or sun-shadow art). When placed in the right position, the object or figure will seem to float in space.

This effect can be achieved by painting the silhouette on a board and then mounting it on a brick wall, or by mounting a thin sheet of black material on a wall.

The outline can be cut from a sheet of black vinyl, or it can be painted directly onto the wall.

It is also possible to create silhouette art with other colors, or even with translucent materials that allow light to shine through them. For example, an object might be outlined with neon paint and then placed against a white background to create an interesting nighttime effect.
