Three Artist Talks will be spearheaded throughout the month and see artists breaking down the creative processes behind some of their largest pieces. It is a part of Bermuda Art Month, hosted by the Bermuda Tourism Authority. Elena Strong, the executive director of NMB, said: “We hope that visitors and locals alike join us for these opportunities to meet a few of our talented local artists whose work is on display at NMB.

The artists, including Ana Maria, João, and Sofia, use materials such as seaweed, driftwood, and shells to create unique pieces. The exhibit aims to highlight the beauty and significance of the Azorean environment and its influence on contemporary art.
