Tristan Eaton is a street artist, illustrator and painter from the US. He currently resides in the UK where he has been commissioned to paint many murals in England and Ireland. He specializes in portraits, abstracts and landscapes using aerosol paint and stencils. One of his most famous pieces was on display at the 2008 Notting Hill Carnival called “The Mayfair Mural” which depicted a portrait of Afrikan Boy, a popular reggae singer. Eaton is known for his distinctive style with bold lines and bright colors.
He has had several successful solo exhibitions including one at London’s The Old Truman Brewery where he displayed his large scale works of art on the exterior walls of the building.
Many people have said that some of his style is similar to that of Banksy’s work so you can see why they would say that. Eaton also has done work on PCs such as guitars, skateboards, t-shirts and sneakers but he still considers himself primarily a painter
