For years I looked for a way to express my spirituality in my artwork. I had read many books on the subject and studied many religions. I was looking for that spark that would make my work really come alive and make me excited to paint. Finally, in 1977, while listening to music and painting, I became aware of a very powerful energy flowing through my body. Since then I have been painting with this energy and communicating what is in my mind and heart. It is an amazing experience to be able to tap into this power, which is the same power that created the universe.

Tapping into this energy has enabled me to paint with a confidence and boldness that were not possible before. My work has never been stronger or more exciting. Also, it is important for me to clarify that this energy cannot be captured by the camera or translated into words.

I hope you find these paintings as meaningful as I do.”
