Frida Kahlo is a famous artist, probably the most famous artist from Mexico. Her life was short and she is no longer with us, but she left behind many beautiful paintings which are admired by people around the world.

Frida was born on July 6, 1907. She died at the age of 47 on July 13, 1954 following complications from a traffic accident. She married Diego Rivera in 1929 and they divorced in 1939.
