I’m a professional photographer, and I’ve traveled to many different states in the US. I took pictures of the most beautiful places and made a list of the top ten states for photo opportunities. Here are my choices:
The first place is South Dakota. In this state, you can find beautiful animals like bison, elk, and deer. There are also many lakes, mountains, and rivers. You will love South Dakota if you love nature. The next place on my list is New Mexico. In this state, you can find amazing deserts with colorful sand dunes, mesas, and ancient petroglyphs. If you want to take a nice picture of the sunset or sunrise, New Mexico is the perfect place for you! California is my third choice for photography enthusiasts. In this state you can find beautiful beaches with crystal clear water and soft sand. The weather in California is sunny almost all year round! Arizona is fourth on my list. This state has unique red rocks in Sedona that look like an alien landscape from another planet. If you are looking for something unusual and beautiful, Arizona is great! Colorado comes next on my list of top ten states for photography opportunities. This state has so many gorgeous landscapes that it’s hard to decide which one

For those of you interested in Civil War history, Arkansas was home to many battles during that time period. For example, Pea Ridge National Military Park honors those who fought and died there on March 7-8, 1862. The park offers several trails for hiking and horseback riding as well as scenic overlooks of the area. Arizona
Arizona is well known for its stunning landscapes with the Sonoran Desert covering much of the state. While it doesn’t get as much rain as other Western states like Colorado or Wyoming, when it does rain it pours. One of Arizona’s most famous sites is Antelope Canyon which is located near Page.
