The Urban Art Association (aka the UAA) is a non-profit organization that was created to provide a platform for developing, supporting and promoting urban art. Mainly, it works by using donations from artists and patrons to help fund the creation of new pieces of art in the city.

(*Urban art is street art, graffiti and mural painting.)

Initially, the UAA’s mission was to provide a space where artists could display their work. But as time went on, its mission broadened. It began to help artists with other needs and now does so in three main ways:

Housing: The UAA has helped artists find housing by giving tours of vacant units owned by landlords or managing properties to bring in extra income for their owners.

New works: The goal of the UAA is to revive empty spaces in Atlanta with new urban art. To do this, it holds fundraising events for individual projects and accepts donations from the public. It also arranges for workshops for street artists in order to create new works around the city.

Public education: The Urban Art Association supports educational efforts that raise awareness about urban art and teach people how they can support it.

The Urban Art Association accepts donations from individuals and businesses alike, so you can play a role

The Urban Art Association is a non-profit organization that has been established in order to support the Urban Art movement. UAA is a platform on which urban artists from all over the world can exchange their visions, their art and their experiences. And where everyone has the opportunity to add a little bit of their own flavour to the art of their city and country.

Three things that are essential for this are:

1. Space

2. Money

3. Tools

Space is needed for artists to do their work, money is needed for materials and tools.

You can donate money or you can donate your time. Both ways are welcome and needed!

The mission of the organization is to restore public art that has been defaced or damaged in any way. If you are interested in supporting their efforts, you may give them financial support through the urban Art Association. The group also urges people to become more aware of the art around them and how it can be improved. The urban Art Association is a non-profit organization, and all donations are tax deductible.

The Urban Art Association was founded by an artist named Clint Enns back in 2009 when he had his own work vandalized in Vancouver’s Gastown. The project started as a response to this incident and has since grown into a community-based organization with several chapters across North America. Their mission is to restore urban art, advocate for street artists, and educate the public on why street art matters.

The group uses a two-pronged approach to accomplish their goal of restoring public art: collaboration with other projects that share this mission and local businesses. They are currently partnered with a number of community groups such as Clean Slate and Downtown Streets Team .

They also work with business in the area to help paint over graffiti, repair murals, and repaint damaged walls. Rewards for these businesses include positive exposure on social media, free publicity for fundraisers, bulletins

“Urban art” has become a buzz word with no real definition. The Urban Art Association defines it as anything an artist uses to express himself. This includes graffiti, murals, stenciling, sculpture, photography and more. The artists who partake in the UAA do not consider themselves vandals; they consider themselves artists trying to make their voices heard, especially by those who would otherwise ignore them.

Urban art is not limited to traditional media such as paint and canvas or paper and pen. It can be found in video games, music, clothing or even street signs or billboards. It is everywhere you look if you have the eyes and ears to see it.”

Art is humanity, art is beauty. Art is a celebration of common values and common goals. The Urban Art Association was founded by a group of artists who were interested in the promotion, development and exposure of street art. The name Urban Art Association is based on the concept that street art has become such an important part of our culture and society. Street Art is beautiful, it is unique, it provides a space where there are no rules or boundaries. Street Artists have shown us that anything can be art and as long as it’s done with passion, anything can be considered art.

Street Art and Graffiti have developed over time into a culture of its own, which is celebrated by people all over the world. In order to pay tribute to this culture and its artists we decided to found the Urban Art Association as an online platform where we share our passion with others.

Urban art is a type of graffiti that has been used to beautify an otherwise ugly, rusty, or dirty place. Urban art can be found in museums, galleries, and even on the walls of schools and libraries. However, urban art is not always appreciated by all. It has been mistaken as vandalism and is sometimes removed from its location.

A great example of urban art is the works of Banksy. Banksy’s most famous pieces have been seen in London and have attracted thousands of visitors to the area where they are located. One of his best known pieces is located at Bristol’s Central Pier and shows two children holding balloons and standing beneath a sign that reads “Graffiti is a crime.” Another piece located at Liverpool Street Station shows two chimpanzees with their arms raised above their heads.

Banksy has gained much fame for his street artwork and continues to spread awareness about issues such as animal rights, war, politics, religion and society as a whole through this medium. Banksy has been known to use stencils for most of his artwork although he does not limit himself to this technique alone.*
