With cameras, you get what you pay for. The very best cameras can produce SLR quality images up to 50 megapixels and beyond. With their excellent build quality, advanced features, and high speed burst shooting capabilities, they’re well worth the price tag.

The Nikon D700 has amazing picture quality and is quite easy to handle. You can change lenses with out too much hassle, while still getting amazing quality pictures.
The Canon 5D Mark II is another great choice. It comes with a full frame sensor that makes it a fantastic choice for large prints or crop-scanning purposes. The image sensor is large enough to compete with medium format cameras, but for a much lower price!
The Canon EOS 1Ds Mark III is another great high end camera. One of the best things about it is that it comes equipped with a full frame sensor like the 5D Mark II does. It has exceptional low light capabilities and can shoot at up to 12 frames per second!

As a photographer, you want to make sure that you are getting the best cameras and equipment that your budget will allow. There are plenty of options out there for you to choose from, so it is important for you to compare them all and decide what you think will work best for you.
The other day, I had the privilege to meet a very successful photographer. He is a former member of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP). This person and others like him, who have been active for many years in many different fields, are the epitome of professionalism.
In this article, I would like to present what I learned from that person and from conversations with others.
The first important thing is that you should never take anything personally. You should not take it personally when people say things against you or your work, nor should you be upset when someone does not appreciate your work. There are always people who will not like your work and who do not care for the technique you use or how much time you spend on it. They usually prefer simple things, easy to capture images that can be done quickly using low-end cameras and simple techniques they mastered years ago.
When people criticize your work, just keep smiling and move on. No one knows better than a professional what is good or bad about his own work. If you do something well and know how to improve it, then do it so that it improves your work overall.
The second important thing is to present yourself professionally. Always pay attention to which camera you use and how clean
When I was working, I got a bonus once. It was when I worked as a bank teller, and there were four of us. The other three were women, and they got $1,000 each. I got $800 because I was the guy (and there is a different wage structure for men and women).
Twice in my life I’ve gotten bonuses. There are probably a lot of people who think it’s unfair that women should get paid less just because they’re women; but that’s not how the employer saw it. When you work for someone else, he doesn’t consider you an individual person. He doesn’t care about your hopes or dreams, your family or health, or what you’re going to do with the money. All he cares about is whether he can get somebody cheaper to replace you. If he can’t get somebody cheaper to replace you, he has to pay more to keep you from quitting and taking his business elsewhere.
This is no way to run a society; but it is the way things are run today.
