We believe that art should be accessible to all. We strive to create a comfortable and inspiring atmosphere for the artist of all ages, levels, backgrounds and experience. Our instructors are professional artists who are passionate about their craft and share their knowledge with you!

We offer an open studio setting where you can explore with various mediums, learn about drawing and painting techniques, develop skills in drawing and painting, or just come in for a fun-filled evening of creativity.

Clay classes are offered on different days from our drawing and painting classes. We also offer workshops in various locations for drawing and painting.

You don’t have to be a “natural” or have any background at all to learn how to draw or paint! At Procreate Workshops you will learn everything you need to know in order to paint!

In our classes we encourage you to explore your creative side while learning more about yourself and others through the visual arts!

Procreate is a place to experiment with ideas, try out new styles, and get feedback from other artists.

Procreate offers drawing workshops for people of all skill levels. We also offer monthly painting workshops that are open to the public. In these classes you will learn how to paint or draw while having lots of fun.

Procreate’s workshops cover a broad range of topics including illustration, comics, fine art, portraiture, landscape, and many more. Come in with an idea and leave with a finished piece!

We provide the workspace, you supply the creativity. Procreate is a drawing and painting group in Chicago that meets each week to create art together. Each member brings an idea for an art piece and collaborates with other members to complete it. The result is a collaborative piece of art that all of us helped create, something we could not have done on our own.

Procreate is a painting and drawing application for iPad. It’s designed for artists who want powerful and natural-feeling tools, with precise control and smooth dynamics.

Procreate’s interface is crafted to be immediately familiar to Photoshop users, but it also features many powerful tools found nowhere else.

We accept a limited number of students each year. The workshop fills up quickly, so please act early. Workshops are open to all levels of skill; our artist instructors will teach you at your own pace.

Workshops are held at our main campus in Portland and at locations around the Pacific Northwest. Our workshops are open to all levels of skill, from beginning to advanced. Our exceptional artist instructors will help you develop your skills and be able to draw or paint what you want, when you want.

Taught by professional artists working in a variety of styles, workshops cover a broad range of topics, including drawing, painting, design, and figure drawing. Techniques for mastering perspective and composition will also be explored during the 10-week course. Many students take more than one workshop per year!

Artists from around the world have studied with us in Portland and appreciated our unique teaching methods that enable them to learn at their own pace while developing strong drawing and painting skills. All ages and abilities study with us; we have had students as young as six years old, as well as those well into their nineties.
