The idea for the project came to me at an art exhibition in London where I was browsing around and just looking at the artist’s work, you know, and then suddenly I noticed that they had created this one artwork in which they actually painted the word ‘freedom’ on the wall. I really liked that idea so I decided after some research to create my own freedom wall art (see below).

I am not very good at creating on canvas so I decided to go with printouts of various sorts. I got some cheap frames and created my own freedom wall art. It was so easy! You can do it too! Here are some printouts for you:

The concept of freedom is a difficult and controversial one, and different cultures have used the concept in many different ways. In this article we will attempt to define what we mean by freedom when we use it on Free Wall Art.

Taken from Wikipedia, Freedom may be defined as the condition of being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one’s way of life, behavior, or political views. In politics, freedom is commonly understood as the right to make decisions without being subjected to undue influences.

In some social contexts, freedom may be understood as a lack of restraints or the ability to determine one’s own life choices. In others, it can be seen as the absence of coercion and constraint.

Freedom is often closely associated with liberty or autonomy.[1]

Federally-funded institutions in the United States such as senior centers and Social Security aim to provide services that maintain the “independence” of individuals who otherwise would not be able to care for themselves. Influential theories such as social contract theory underlie many modern conceptions of freedom. Although freedom is accepted as a desirable state by many people in modern liberal democracies, there are divergent views
