Art:

Art is a way to stretch your creative muscles in a safe way. Art is a way to try out new ideas and see how they work before you apply them to something important. Art is a storage space for creative potential.

If you have a thought that is big, complicated, makes you nervous, or all three, start by writing it down as an art piece. Once you get it on the page, you can look at it more clearly and decide what to do with it.

Preparing for space:

Prepare yourself for space by doing art projects. Have some goal in mind like “I want my art to reflect who I am” or “I want to make art that makes other people feel something.” Then create art about that goal. It doesn’t have to be perfect or even good. Get it out of your head and onto the paper where you can see it and think about it from different angles. If there are pieces you don’t like, consider why – was your idea wrong? Was your execution flawed? Was the project too ambitious? Learn from the project and move on. The next time you try something similar, think about what worked and what didn’t and adjust accordingly. Never give up – keep trying new things until you

Creativity, for the artist, is about exploring new worlds. Whether it’s a fascination with sci fi or a love of the stars, space is a subject that inspires artists to take on new challenges and create something that is truly their own. Often, the result is something that has never been seen before.

The beauty of space art lies in the fact that it takes so many forms, from traditional painting to digital illustration to abstract sculpture. We’ve compiled five ways you can prepare for creating your own space inspired pieces:

1) Draw Inspiration From Outer Space:

If you’re already an experienced artist looking to take your skills into space, start by soaking up some inspiration. There are several places online where you can find free images of planets and galaxies to draw from. Don’t be afraid to experiment with color!

2) Get Creative With Materials:

When you’re trying to create something unique, don’t be afraid to think outside of the box when it comes to materials. Paper and acrylics are obvious choices for painting, but what about using wire mesh as part of your sculpture? The best way to get creative with materials is to play around and see what works best for you.

3) Try Something New:

There are infinite possibilities for creativity

Discovery requires you to do something that has never been done before. You cannot simply prepare, you must create. This is particularly true in space, where the unknown is vast, and the tools for discovery are limited.

This piece explores five requirements that can help prepare you for discovery, and get you closer to achieving your own great feat of discovery.

1) The first requirement is to fail quickly. If sharing your failures is important, so too is sharing your successes, but often we’re more interested in seeing how others succeed than in seeing their failures. In business, we call this phenomenon “winning ugly”, and it’s just as important as “winning pretty”. But outside of business, we rarely see winning ugly celebrated or even discussed. In an effort to share with you my own winning ugly, I will share a few of the things I did when preparing for space that didn’t work:

a) Lessons from astronauts who have gone before me and failed at various aspects of spaceflight helped prepare me for my own challenges. Having seen them lose fuel pumps on their rockets during testing, I too practiced recovering from a simulated loss of a critical spacecraft system during my training – only to have my flight hardware lose its fuel pump on launch! Now instead of worrying about what

When I was at the Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, I could not believe how many things in space were made out of aluminum. It’s so shiny and light. And it’s everywhere. Why is that?

Aluminum is very strong and it doesn’t rust. It’s also relatively cheap, which helps when you are building something in space.

But my favorite thing about aluminum, as an artist, is how it looks when light hits it, especially when it is reflecting the sun or a flash. I love to see the way it lights up and creates shadows and shapes on itself.

This kind of visual effect could be used for art or advertising or even fashion (think of a disco ball). I like to think that the future of art might look like this because artists will have to find new ways to express themselves since they won’t have canvas and paint. What if art was outside your window? Would you notice it?

The first thing artists will need to do is learn how to build things in space. The second thing they need to do is learn about all the different kinds of materials there are out there. The third thing they need to do is get used to having an audience floating by them all the time and looking at what they

Art space is a new way of looking at the world, a new way of thinking, a new way of being. It is an intimate perception into yourself, and also into others. Art space is a place where you can explore and discover your own thoughts, feelings and emotions about just about anything.

The first time I went into art space was in 2007 when I was still in school. I didn’t have any real direction in life, and I wasn’t very happy with the current course my life was taking. I was sitting on the couch with my legs crossed when all of sudden it felt as though something had grabbed hold of my body. My body began to jerk around spasmodically for a little bit before going completely limp. As soon as it happened I tried to move but I couldn’t so I just closed my eyes and relaxed as best as possible because this feeling was so amazing that I didn’t want it to end.

I then noticed that my thoughts were no longer my own but were some how being controlled by an outside source which seemed to be communicating with me through some sort of telepathy. This source had no form but yet somehow communicated with me through images and feelings rather than words. As this happened all kinds of random thoughts and images flashed through

The first thing to do is to collect a lot of junk and store it. Then you
