We believe in our client, so we have to understand what he/she really needs and wants. We ask questions, we listen to the answers and we act upon them. A business without clients is nothing.

We know that our clients are human beings, so we treat them as such. Our staff is taught to be polite, understanding and ready to help at any time. We want our clients to feel comfortable while working with us and to enjoy the quality of our services. Thanks to this, they will come back for more when they need us

We believe that quality cannot be compromised under any circumstances. That is why every product or service offered by us is top quality. We only offer what we are proud of, as it is our goal that our clients are completely satisfied with their purchase.

I bet you have your own stories like that, where a client was being unreasonable or even impossible, but somehow you found a way to make them happy. And I bet you also have stories where you wanted to make the customer happy, but it just wasn’t possible.

That’s why we need to figure out what to do about unreasonable clients, if we want them to be happy. I can’t tell you how many times customers have sent me an email that said something like this:

“I’m not going to pay for shipping, because when I bought this I didn’t know it would cost extra.”

We’re talking here about someone who ordered a $400 item and then refused to pay a couple of bucks for shipping on it. That’s like going out to dinner and saying “I’m not paying for the food, because the restaurant didn’t mention the tax on the menu.”

It’s one thing when a customer has some kind of problem with their order and wants to return it. But if they just want something for free, they usually aren’t going to be satisfied no matter what you do.

In today’s competitive market you want your product or service to stand out. But how to do that? You can hire a designer and throw money at the problem, but often this is not enough. You need something more unique.

We are a bunch of friends who have been working together in the web development industry for some time now. We know the difficulty of running a business and dealing with clients, especially on the “technical” side. This can be frustrating at times when you want to do your work and sometimes they just don’t understand what the problem is.

The thing is, they’re not paying you for your expertise or knowledge (at least not directly). They are paying you to solve their problems. And this is where it gets tricky and frustrating for both parties. If you use the same type of language (such as technical jargon) and explain things in the same way, then you can establish a very clear relationship between you and them. But that also means that clients will be expecting you to act in a certain way along with using their language back at them.

If this doesn’t happen, then there is a good chance that they will get frustrated and start looking for someone else to do the job for them.
