This page is a tribute to the world’s best astronauts, their beautiful nails and the space photos of beautiful nails.

Astronaut Nails is also about nail art, nail fashion and nail trends for future astronauts.

Enjoy!

Being an astronaut is one of the coolest jobs in the world. The whole point of space exploration is to discover and learn new things, to push our boundaries and explore our world. And while we may have a better grasp on the universe, being an astronaut is still pretty cool.

The astronauts that have been lucky enough to fly in space get to see and experience things that we on earth can only dream about. We may never get the opportunity to fly out into the vastness of space, but we can see what it’s like through some stunning photos taken by some of the coolest people around.

Lucky for us, NASA has a huge collection of photos from inside and outside of spacecrafts, as well as from missions on other planets. And these aren’t just your everyday photos – these are photos of astronauts wearing beautiful nails! As if being an astronaut wasn’t tempting enough! Be prepared for some nail envy!

We’ve selected 10 pictures below that really stood out to us:

1) The first three pictures are from Expedition 49/50 aboard the International Space Station. They show Astronauts Kate Rubins, Expedition 49 Commander; Anatoly Ivanishin, Soyuz Commander; and Takuya Onishi, flight engineer

Are space nails beautiful? The answer is of course yes. The same rules apply to nails in space as anywhere else. Matching colors, well-groomed cuticles, the whole nine yards. Not only that, but astronauts are the most stylish people on Earth. They have to be, because anything they wear or use up there must be functional and durable, and fashionable is not an option. But these stylish people also happen to be wearing what is arguably the coolest uniform ever designed—one that never goes out of style.

A few astronaut nail art ideas:

1)Patriotic: The flag of the United States of America, stars and stripes for all!

2)Bold: Use colors that pop against the blackness of outer space!

3)Something you love: Make a statement with a favorite quote or something more personal like a name or symbol.

Our Mission: To provide a blog for both the professional and amateur nail technician on the latest trends in nail art, nail care and nail removal. Also, to provide a resource for those seeking information on space nails, including styles, techniques, products, and also to talk about how astronauts growing nails in space due to microgravity affect our everyday lives.

In the midst of its current mission to study the Earth, NASA’s Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) has been busy snapping photos of our planet’s natural satellite. But the LRO recently spotted something else that captured our attention: gorgeous nails from astronauts living and working on the International Space Station (ISS).

NASA may not have given us any new information about the moon, but it is providing us with a stunning new photo album for our viewing pleasure. The LRO snapped the above image of astronaut Karen Nyberg during Expedition 36/37, which launched from Kazakhstan in mid-September, 2013. Nyberg, who hails from Canada, is a flight engineer on the ISS, and she shared this photograph via Twitter on October 4th. ”

I think the nail art is a great idea. As a professional nail artist, I am always trying to find ways to expand my business and keep clients interested in having their nails done. And this is the perfect way to do it!

I think that doing your nails and putting them on social media like Instagram or Facebook is a great idea. It helps to show people that you can be artistic and still be a scientist. You can be feminine and still be an astronaut. I also think that nail art can help with interviews for astronauts because it shows a little more personality and makes them stand out from the crowd.

Trying new designs in space can also be lots of fun. You can try patterns, glitter, splatter paint, whatever you want! But if you use splatter paint, make sure it doesn’t get into your equipment or anything else where it could damage something.”

This essay will help you improve your command of language and writing skills. This will definitely contribute to increasing your chances of getting good grades and making yourself stand out from the crowd when applying for job vacancies.

I am a nail artist. I have been doing nails since 2001 and love every minute of it. My techniques are constantly evolving and I am constantly learning new things. I absolutely love pedicures and manicures. I found myself getting bored with plain old nails so I decided to start creating fun designs for the hands, fingers and toes . My husband is an astronaut at NASA and he is my inspiration for nail art designs in space! A lot of what I do is custom work but here are some examples of my space art, just for fun.
