Art Street is pleased to announce new art prints by the artist xe. A collection of xe’s most recent digital drawings are now available as fine art posters.
These new works continue xe’s long-standing exploration into the nature of creation and existence, with a focus on matters of space, time, and other dimensions. The artist will be in attendance at the launch party for these new works and welcomes your attendance.
Also featured will be a live performance by artist xe, who will be playing on the street corner utilizing a variety of percussion instruments including plastic buckets, rocks, and various sticks and branches scavenged from the streets.
These new works were created in xe’s signature style of spray paint on plywood and have been professionally mounted onto gallery-grade linen paper. Each piece is limited to an edition of 25 and is signed by the artist.”
We are pleased to announce new art prints by the artist xe. These prints are available on paper, canvas, or metal in a variety of sizes. As with all art prints, the color and brightness of the image may vary due to the printing process.
Notes from the Artist:
The works in this series were inspired by my experience hiking through the Rocky Mountains. The starkness of the landscape, combined with the natural beauty of the peaks and valleys, made me feel like I was on another planet. I hope that my artwork conveys some of this sense of awe and wonder.”

The artist xe is thrilled to announce two new art prints to be made available for purchase in December. The first, “X,” is a large-scale scene of the artist’s own home in the hills of West Virginia. Shot from a low angle, it captures the majestic grandeur of the surrounding landscape. The second piece, “Y,” is a close-up study of one of the artist’s boots, complete with intricately detailed stitching. The artist is also currently accepting commissions for similar works; interested parties can contact xe at xe@gmail.com .
The artist xe recently had a show at the gallery YYZ. The show was well received, and xe is currently in negotiations with a major museum to do a retrospective next year. In celebration of these developments, xe is releasing a new set of prints of popular designs from the show. The prints are available as giclée-on-canvas (limited edition of 200) or archival inkjet on rag (limited edition of 70).
The works are mostly familiar from the artist’s recent show; six have never been printed before. “This set has more in common with the first dozen prints I ever made,” the artist says. “They’re kind of like a high school yearbook.”
The works include:
– Untitled (Garlic), 2012
– Untitled (Laughing Boy), 2010
– Untitled (Fancy Clown), 2012
– Untitled (Military Men), 2010
– Untitled (Girl Reading), 2010
– Untitled (Large Fish Skull), 2012
The artist is working on new material for another show next spring, which will be the final piece in her triptych on American foodways. She is also planning an updated version of her earlier series, based on trips to Italy
