You can purchase affordable accessories for your home in many different places. For example, if you need more wall art for the living room, visit a store like ikea. They carry many different prints and posters that are affordable and easy to hang on a wall. This is a great way to add a little bit of character to any room in your home without spending too much money.

When it comes to decorating the inside of your home, the easiest way to make it look great is to spend a ton of money. However, that’s not necessarily the only way. In fact, you can achieve a lot with a little bit of creativity and style. Follow the tips below to learn how you can get the look you want without breaking the bank in the process:

1. Invest in an area rug

Area rugs are a great way to really pull a room together. If you’re going for a more modern or contemporary decor, go with a simple rectangular one that will fit into your space easily. If you’re going for something more traditional and classic, choose something with patterns and colors that match your other furniture.

2. Use shades to add color

Shades are great because they’re inexpensive, easy to install and come in many different styles and shapes. You can find them at most department stores and home improvement stores, as well as online. You can also use them throughout your home, from the living room or bedroom windows to the patio door in your kitchen or bathroom. Shades are perfect for any room of your house where you want some privacy without sacrificing natural light. Plus, they’ll add a splash of color wherever they’re used!

As you can see, there are many ideas for inexpensive and creative wall art, but this one is by far my favorite. It’s not only cheap, but it’s fun and easy to do. I love the way that these white beaded curtains turned out!

To get started on your own DIY ikea wall art project all that you need is some white string, a couple of curtain clips, some white beads (about 3 per curtain clip) and a willingness to hang pretty curtains on your wall. Oh and a couple of really large ikea hooks of course, because everything at ikea is so big.
