Northwestern Art Review's Annual Student Art Gallery

NAR's annual student art gallery features 15 student artworks showcasing a wide range of mediums and styles.

The artworks are selected by NAR members who work closely with the university's art history department.

NAR's mission is to promote art, creative events, and art history while providing a platform for students to showcase their artistic talents.

Erin Poe, co-president of NAR, said, "We showcase the best of Northwestern's artists."

The gallery is held in the basement of Kresge Centennial Hall from Wednesday to Saturday, attracting a diverse crowd.

Mason Bryant, a Weinberg senior, submitted charcoal drawings for the gallery, inspired by his songwriting skills.

Lulu Goldman, a Weinberg senior, submitted still lifes and landscapes to the show, inspired by her Advanced Topics class.

NAR's collaboration with the university's art history department promotes art history discourse at the undergraduate level.

The annual art gallery is a recurring event, producing a journal at the end of the year and showcasing Northwestern's best artists.
