Many artists also try to sell their work on auction sites like eBay. If you’re going to do this, you must know what you’re doing! Don’t just post your art on eBay because it’s a convenient place to get exposure. A lot of people have tried this and found out the hard way that they don’t have what it takes to sell their artwork online.

Be prepared with high quality images that can be easily downloaded by potential buyers. Use a digital camera if possible or an SLR camera with a macro lens and studio lighting to get high quality images.
