I am going to tell you how to create your own line art with tips and tricks.

The first thing you need is the tools. You will need your computer and a graphics tablet, if you want to do this right.

Second thing you need is a reference picture of yourself, so that you can trace the outline of your head and body. You can use any picture, but if it is not a good quality it will be harder to trace from it.

The next thing you need is patience and time. If you rush, your line art will look like garbage, so take your time. I would recommend at least half an hour for drawing your line art.

You also might want to print out the picture so that it’s easier for you to trace from. However, I recommend that you draw directly on the screen because computers are easier to drag with a graphic tablet than paper is. But if you are using paper, make sure that it is lined paper because regular paper will be blurry when printed out on a computer and hard to read in the future.

Now that we got all the background information out of the way we can get into the actual drawing part! The first thing we want to do is pick out some stationary colors (colors that

Line art is aline art, which means that it is created with a brush or a pencil.

Line art can be drawn on any kind of paper or canvas, and in any size. Like coloring books, line art usually depicts people, animals, objects and other things we encounter in everyday life.

I want to show you what I mean by a line drawing, in the sense of a sketch or outline. Actually, before I do that, let’s talk about the word itself.

Originally the word line described any mark made by drawing a straightedge across something; it was then applied to drawings themselves because they were created by drawing lines on paper with pencils or pens. (In contrast, ink drawings are called illustrations.) In this sense, then, line art means drawings that consist only of lines. The term is also used more broadly to refer to any single-color art—for example, black-and-white photographs—but for our purposes we’ll keep it limited to its original meaning: drawings composed entirely of lines.

A line drawing can be very simple and still be interesting and beautiful. Like a haiku or an elementary equation, it can be powerful in its conciseness; there is more suggestion than detail. A serious and accomplished artist could spend years creating a single masterpiece in this medium. But it is also possible to create something alive and expressive from a few quick strokes of the pen.”

I bet that you are wondering how to draw a line art. If your answer is yes, then you have just taken the first step in learning about how to do it. The second step is to read further on this site so you can discover more about what it has to offer.

So, what is line art exactly? Well, according to Wikipedia, “line art is simply artwork made using lines of continuous tone.” It is also referred to as “black and white”, “monochrome” or even “gray scale”. You can use either a pencil or marker pen. And you need not use black or gray – any color will do, though dark colors (blue, green and purple) are preferred.

The reason why I am writing this blog is that it has been my experience that there are very few people who know how to make line art. For some reason, it’s a skill that’s been lost over time in our society. Maybe because drawing with pens and pencils has become kind of obsolete thanks to the advent of computers. But I don’t think so. I think it’s just that we don’t know how useful having a good hand at making line art can be for us today – in the era of computers where everything is done digitally.

Being a graduate student is hard. It’s important to know that there are others out there who understand what you’re going through. Line Art is a place for us to share our experiences and learn from one another.
