My name is Ed I’m a freelance photographer from Bangkok. I decide to start a blog about street art in Bangkok which will be a visual diary of my own experience of this ever growing movement and the people who are involved in it.

The project name is «Urban Art Association» and you will find here photos, videos, news and interviews of street artists. You can also see works of artists from around the world.

My purpose with this blog is to support street art culture and make it more popular. I want to show that street art brings positive changes in the city, makes cities more beautiful, increases tourism, creates new business opportunities, stimulates local communities and gives people inspiration to express themselves freely and creatively.

The Urban Art Association is an online community that shares information about street art around the world, particularly in urban settings. Our blog features articles and interviews with street artists, galleries and museums around the world. We are a resource for anyone interested in street art and graffiti, whether in their home town or on vacation.

TUAA is a free resource for the public to explore and enjoy. The goal of TUAA is to become a comprehensive source of information about urban art culture from around the globe.

This blog will be a source of information about urban art and its positive effects on communities. Urban art is a form of creative expression that has appeared in cities around the world. It is usually created in public places, but it also exists on the internet. Many of these artists use their artwork to protest against social injustice and other issues, while others express their creativity in ways that are not necessarily political.

THe aim of this blog is to document the artists and works of street art from around the world, as well as to inform the reader about the origins and possible affects of street art. By understanding street art more and becoming aware of it, we hope that people will be more open-minded about it, and maybe even begin to appreciate its existence.

Although street art is often associated with vandalism or graffiti, many people fail to realize that there is a difference between vandalism and street art. Vandalism is seen as destruction and disrespect for someone else’s property, whereas street art is creative expression using public spaces as the canvas. The purpose for street art can vary: sometimes it can be used for political protest, activism, promoting an artist’s work, or just for self-expression.

Street art can be described as graffiti created in public places. It is different from pure graffiti because it has been given artistic consideration and often appears with no vandalism or destruction to property. Street Art can also be created by adding elements such as sculpture, installation and painting onto existing urban spaces such as walls and buildings.

Street Art has been used to beautify neighborhoods, bring awareness to social and political issues, create community and improve the overall quality of life of citizens. The exact definition of street art is still being debated among artists, but most agree that it must be created illegally in a public space without permission from the owner of the property.

Street art has been an important part of society for thousands of years; however its presence is constantly being challenged by those who see it as a blight on the landscape, and an eyesore to their community. Some cities have even tried to ban street art entirely due to its controversial message.

Urban art is a form of visual expression and communication found in urban areas. “Urban art” is a broad term that encompasses both legally sanctioned public art, murals and street art, as well as unsanctioned graffiti or “tagging”.

Street art can be defined as forms of visual art that are presented in public locations with the permission of the property owner. Some examples include: mural painting and other wall-based works; cut-out figures, objects and messages; sculpture; stencil graffiti; installations; ad hoc installations such as those created with objects found on the street, etc.

The second type of street art is graffiti. This is art that has been painted, scratched or otherwise marked on public structures without the permission of the owners. It might be a simple scrawl or a complex work of art. As a form of vandalism, it is illegal, and as an art form it is often dismissed by critics as lacking in real artistic merit.

But this type of street art has had a fascinating trajectory in the last few decades. Beginning in the 1970s in New York City and other cities where public space was large-scale and anonymous enough to allow such art to exist without being destroyed, graffiti began as a way for disenfranchised youth to have their voices heard in a way that was not possible through traditional avenues of communication. The best graffiti artists became famous for their skill and daring (and often for their ability to evade police detection). In some ways, this type of street art was similar to the ancient tradition of tribal tattooing – each artist had his own style and signature, which helped bring fame and recognition to him personally.

Being on the streets gave graffiti artists incredible freedom from censorship and allowed them to express themselves in ways not possible before. But because it was illegal, it could also be dangerous if caught by the authorities. Graffiti artists were
