A while back, I was looking at this picture and was very interested in finding out how many crayons were used to make it. After doing some research, I found out that it took over 159,000 crayons to complete this work of art. Most of the crayons were donated by school children from all over the world and some were purchased for this purpose. In addition to the crayons, glue and tape were also used in its making.*
